Grace covers all. That’s it. End of story, end of discussion, end of argument.
I think the people who come back and saying “but what about …” just don’t realize how amazing Grace really is.
A while ago, I had a revelation about Grace – a thought came to me that said:
Grace says there are no qualifications, no prerequisites, and no conditions. You aren’t saved because you earned it – you’re saved because you’re loved.
That was a wow factor for me, because at the time I figured that I had messed up so many times for so many different things, in so many big ways, that grace was most definitely beyond me, and I just wouldn’t be able to reach it anymore.
Then I realized that nothing I could do would get me to the point of deserving grace. That’s why it’s there. That’s why it’s called grace.
